Trueffect is an independent provider of media measurement, creative delivery, and performance analytics.  Our products and policies limit our collection and use of personal data to online identifiers such as IP addresses and cookie IDs to support advertising delivery and media effectiveness.  We do not collect, process or share personal-identifiable information, such as a person’s name and email address, or any other sensitive data of any sort. We provide users the ability to opt-out of online tracking on our website.

To meet the enhanced standards for transparency and accountability for personal data uses under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have implemented a comprehensive cross-functional effort towards ensuring compliance.  Our program ensures that our administrative, technical and operational controls comply with GDPR and related regulatory requirements. This includes safeguarding the data under our care using secure encryption technologies, and independently testing our information security against international standards using third-party auditors.

Furthermore, Trueffect complies with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and Switzerland to the United States.
